3M Cloud Library and iOS 7
Using the 3M Cloud Library iOS App on a device running iOS 7 may cause you to experience the app freezing after you check out a new ebook. This is happening because the eBook has not been fully downloaded when you push the app to the background by switching to another app, or closing the ebook.
If you experience this issue, you need to reset your device by pressing and holding both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Once the device is restarted, you will be able to access the eBook in the 3M Cloud Library without any further issues.
3M is working on a hotfix to resolve the issue, and will make this available in the Apple Store as soon as one is available.
