Philip S. Miller Book Clubs
Please join us for this book club for adults and teens who are interested in reading and discussing Christian literature. The group meets the fourth Tuesday of each month from 7-8:30 p.m. (except Nov. and Dec.). Everyone is welcome. For more information, call 303-791-7323.

Douglas County Libraries currently sponsors Great Books Discussion Groups at four libraries.
More than fifty years ago, the Great Books Movement started at the University of Chicago with the idea that ordinary people could meet and discuss the enduring ideas and issues found in classic writings. The Great Books Foundation promotes reading and conversation about great literature through discussion groups.
The Castle Rock Great Books Discussion Group meets the first Monday of the month from 7 PM to 8:30 PM at the Philip S. Miller Library. Meetings are held in the Great Southwest Construction Room (GSWC) unless holidays dictate otherwise or inclement weather interferes. The Great Books anthology is available at the library for the discounted price of $10 from Patti Handby at 303-688-7735.
The Great Conversations 3 schedule is as follows:
Calling all 4th-6th grade chapter book readers! Join us and read a chapter book each month, discuss it, and share our love of reading! Meets the 4th Monday of the month from 4:30 - 5:30 pm. Registration required. Drop by the children's desk for a copy of your book; books will be available at each subsequent meeting, too.
Meets the 2nd Thursday of each month from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at the P.S. Miller Library in Castle Rock. All teens are welcome.
