Douglas County Libraries - Lone Tree

Hours:

  • Mon - Thurs: 9 - 9
  • Fri - Sat: 9 - 5
  • Sun: 12 - 5

Currently located just south of Park Meadows, a popular Douglas County shopping area, Douglas County Libraries in Lone Tree provides a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle, with its bookstore-like feel and full scope of library materials and services. A comfortable meeting room is used for 12 weekly Storytimes, and is available for reservation by the public during other times.

In 2016, county residents will enjoy a brand new library near the Lone Tree Arts Center. Preliminary plans call for a two-story building of more than 25,000 square feet, more than double the library’s current size.

Many items in the Lone Tree collection circulate only to patrons  who visit the library in Lone Tree (they don’t fill holds for patrons at other library locations). See Fines, Fees & Borrowing for more information.
