EVENTS at Roxborough
Trained staff provide four weekly Storytimes for kids of all ages, including one evening and one weekend. Other offerings at Roxborough include book clubs for adults, Bark for Books (kids reading to trained canine volunteers), and occasional cooking, gardening and author programs.
Throughout the month of February, Roxborough Library is showcasing nature and landscape photographers, Rick and Linda Schneider.
Rick and Linda have lived in Colorado for over 30 years and have spent countless hours and miles capturing the best nature and landscape the region offers. They have been able to capture wildlife of the Rocky Mountain region from Grizzly Bears, Black Bears, Elk, Deer, Fox, Moose, Buffalo, Bald Eagles, Wolves, and more, even though this has presented them with many challenges.
The Schneider’s strive to capture the beauty of the Rocky Mountains through landscape and wildlife photography and feel very fortunate to live in this beautiful part of the country.
Through their photography you too can be reminded about the beauty and magnificence of the Rocky Mountain Region.
