Tools for Business
Tools for Business is one resource Douglas County Libraries makes available that features local, state, and federal resources to start and grow businesses. Tools for Business contains a business start-up kit with all the forms to comply with government requirements, links to funding resources, green business practices, business tax incentives, employer resources and more.
Technology
All of our libraries have free public computing stations equipped with high-speed Internet access, as well as productivity software. Free wireless Internet access is also available to patrons with their own laptop computers.
Meeting Rooms
All library branches have at least one large meeting room available for public use. In addition, the regional libraries in Castle Rock, Highlands Ranch and Parker have small study rooms that can be reserved on short notice: these smaller rooms are perfect for meeting with clients and advisors. See the Meeting Room Guidelines for more details.
Special Services
Each regional library also has special services and programs developed especially for its surrounding community:
Philip S. Miller Library (Castle Rock)
- Research instruction by reference librarians on-site at your business
- Small business workshops and seminars
- Computer software classes
- Community Business Directory, at the Reference Desk
