E.Lit.E. (Elite Early Literacy Experience!)

For Babies, Toddlers, and Talkers!

Call to find out when the new session begins.

Baby Elite is for ages 0 to 12 months. Stories, songs, nursery rhymes, peek-a-boo, and other simple games, Mondays at 11 a.m.
Toddler Elite is for ages 12 to 24 months. Stories, songs, rhythm and movement, Mondays at 11 a.m.
Talker Elite is for ages 24 to 36 months. Stories, songs, fingerplays, and brain-building activities, Mondays at 9:30 a.m.

No classes on Monday holidays. To register for any eight class session, call 303-791-7323.

Practice Your English

Every Saturday, except holiday weekends, Douglas County Libraries hosts casual drop-in sessions for anyone age 17 and older to practice English. All levels and abilities are welcome. Come practice conversational skills with other English learners. Volunteer facilitators, who are fluent in English, lead the conversation and answer questions. Two libraries host Practice Your English on Saturdays:

Page to Stage presents Aesop's Fables!

Children ages 5 and up are invited to enjoy professional renditions of legendary stories with timeless morals, including “The Fox and the Grapes,” “The Tortoise and the Hare” and other favorites.
