The mission of the DCECC is to foster and promote a comprehensive, high quality, and responsive system of early childhood services and supports for families with children prenatal to age eight.
We are composed of representatives from DC Human Servies, DC School District, DC Libraries, DC Parent As Teachers, Tri County Health Department, Child Care Innovations, Arapahoe/Douglas Mental Health, Arapahoe Community College, and more. We strive to collaborate and partner on various projects and ongoing programs that improve lives for young children. We coordinate professional development opportunities for child care providers and parenting education. All are welcome to attend our quarterly membership meeting.
