    Cafecito Amigo, multicultural program

    Join our new multicultural program for adults!

    Cafecito Amigo, a new multicultural participatory program with Douglas County Libraries, will hold its second session of 2014 on June 2 from 6:30 – 8:30 PM at the James H. LaRue Branch in Highlands Ranch. The theme on June 2 will be Musical Traditions and Storytelling.

    Cafecito Amigo, which translates to “Friendly Coffee,” aims to bring together both native English Speakers and English Language Learners who are interested in learning about the culturally and linguistically diverse individuals who are our neighbors.

    A service for those unable to visit the library

    Our homebound delivery service serves patrons unable to come into our branches. For those with an extended illness, health condition or disability, books are selected and delivered based on one's areas of interest. Find out more how our books can reach those unable to reach us.
