- Log-in to your account, click on profile.
- Call us at 303.791.READ (7323) and we can look it up.
- Come to a public service desk at one of our libraries.
What is My PIN Number and How Do I Change It?
Your PIN Number is the last four digits of your phone number, unless it has been changed.
To change your PIN Number:
- Come to a public service desk at one of our libraries
- Call us at 303-791-READ.
Online
- Log-in to your account, click on profile.
- Or, from our homepage, click on "My Account" at the top of the page.
- Type in all 14 digits of your library barcode number without spaces.
- Type in your PIN number. Your PIN is usually the last four digits of your phone number.
- Click Login to Your Account
- Click on Profile
- Type in current PIN Number
- Type in new number
- Retype new number
- Click on update
- Record your PIN number for future reference
